The UAAP is the owner of all right, title and interest in the name of UAAP.

• Ownership: This site and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of University Athletic Association of the Philippines or its licensors and are protected according to the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines particularly with regard to copyrights, trademarks, branding, drawings and patterns.
• Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal or commercial purposes. No Liability for Indirect Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If such negotiation fails, the matter may be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), with the place of arbitration in Manila, Philippines.

12. Modifications

University Athletic Association of the Philippines reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently the uaap.org or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, but provisions of these Terms, such as intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law, shall survive termination.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
